Supporting People to Create Kinder, Healthier Relationships with Sleep, Screens and Food.
I’m Jacqui Barnett, MSc, here to help you build a kinder relationship with your behaviours and yourself. I’m a mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 30 years of personal practice. I live in a 400 year old cottage in England with my partner and two dogs. I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people—from women seeking ease with food and self-care to professionals in high-stress environments like the BBC, the NHS, and even professional athletes.
While mindfulness is transformative, I’ve learned that sometimes we need more. That’s why I integrate restorative practices, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based behavior change tools to support people in building lasting habits that foster balance – even in the busiest of lives.
Here, you’ll find science-backed courses designed to be compassionate, practical, and empowering.

This personal transformation led me to dedicate my life to helping other people create that same ease and confidence in their bodies and minds. I understand firsthand how difficult change can be—but I also know that with the right tools and understanding, it becomes so much easier. No matter how long you’ve been struggling or how old you are, change isn’t just possible—it can be enjoyable and deeply freeing!
